Blenz Presents the Meetup Summer Networking Mixer and Mini-Trade Show

We want YOU to showcase YOUR Business. We want you to pitch us what you got!

On Tuesday, July 13th, 2010 starting at 7:10pm, we are holding our 1000th Member Summer Networking Mixer and Mini Trade Show at the Sandman Hotel Ballroom which will have tables around the perimeter of the room for you to display your materials and showcase your business, service and product throughout the evening. You’ll be able to tell people what you do, hand out flyers/information, and even sell products at your table.

The floorplan can be seen on the Elevated Marketing Blog (floorplan).

As we will surpass the 1000th member mark this summer we have something special in store for the group! We have printed a limited number of Golden Tickets that waives admission for the networking mixer (sponsored by Elevated Marketing) and will be giving these to everyone who attends any of the main events for our group between now and July.

On July 13th, there’ll be two groups of 10 entrepreneurs who have 2 minutes each to pitch their business to the captive room, with the first group going at 7:15pm and the second going at 8:15pm. The rest of the time is to get to know each other over drinks and light appetizers which will be served during the second group.

We are inviting other meetup groups to join us as well and invite you to extend an invitation to your friends to make this an exciting and spring event.

The cost. Because this is a special booking and we are ordering appetizers (drinks are on your own and there is a bar) the cost to attend is $15. If you would like to purchase an exhibitor space, the cost is a low $105.

Comparatively speaking, admission for networking events in Vancouver are usually $25 and up and everyone who’s ever exhibited at a trade show knows that tables can be anywhere from $275 and up. I hope that the promise of a captive audience and extremely affordable pricing (it all goes to cover the actual cost) encourages you to make your booking and RSVP early.

Your coordinator for the Summer event is Tiffany Prince. If you would like to book a space (please do so early as previously they SOLD OUT both times) You may email her at tiffanyhaze@hotmail.com or call her at 778.233.8222, after you RSVP to arrange pre-payment.

Are you wanting to be one of the lucky 20 companies to pitch yourself at the event? Please email Tiffany your request along with a half page description of your business and what you are pitching and we’ll do a lottery a week prior for these 20 pitches (no extra cost to pitch).

If you have any questions, you may call Tiffany or myself (Ronald, 604-781-7093).
