In a previous post (Business ideas for Downtown Vancouver, do you have one?), I put the word out that I am working with the owner of a downtown Vancouver street level retail space who is interested in partnering up with someone in order to build a profitable business (can be retail, product, or service).
A few ideas have been bandied about, from an eye glass store, insurance office, cell phone services, but we are still taking proposals and meeting enthusiastic entrepreneurs to determine the best fit for the space.
Here is a floor plan of the space, we did some of our own measurements and it comes in at 1,207 sq ft and is the largest retail space on the block.
(don’t mind the junk in there, it’s all clean with tables and chairs now)
