Hello there,
Thank you for your interest and RSVP’ing for the meetup.com business groups Christmas party. Here are some last minute instructions.
All exhibitor tables are sold out and pitching slots are full; the exhibitors and selected pitchers have been contacted with details about tomorrow. For more information about this, please contact Tiffany at tiffanyhaze@hotmail.com.
The room will open at 6:30pm on Tuesday, December 8th. You are welcome to come early and set yourself at a round table and order food in the room (there will be a bartender and waitress devoted to us) or I encourage you to arrive early and have dinner in the restaurant (it will be the same menu and the food is great!).
When you arrive to the ballroom, Gurpreet will be signing you in and feel free to mix, mingle, and socialize with other entrepreneur, look at the exhibits and tell people what you do (hint, bring business cards).
We’ll start the pitch-fest at 7:15pm with announcements, then the first group of entrepreneurs/businesses will pitch from the stage.
We’ll take a break and at 8:15pm appetizers will arrive and the send group of entrepreneurs/businesses will pitch.
If you have door prizes to donate, please let us know ASAP, and we’ll make a special announcement/pitch of your prize to the room at the break.
Parking: there is ample street parking and a pay parking lot across the street from Moxies/the Sandman hotel.
